「甜蜜的滋味就像熱戀一般」深受大眾歡迎的獨角獸馬卡龍的始創店 Mac Lab！

看看那些可愛的獨角獸小臉蛋！這些獨角獸馬卡龍都是由美國在佐治亞州德盧斯的一家麵包店——Mac Lab Bakery＆Cafe 所造。這些精緻迷人馬卡龍不僅用無麩質和非基因改造的材料製成，而且它們也非常美味，包著滿滿的水果醬！

Mac Lab是一對夫妻團隊，分別是由 Lan 和 Jack 創立。他們當年一起在美國烹飪學院學習，那時候妻子 Lan 專注於烘焙和糕點，而丈夫專注於烹飪。

在畢業後，Lan 想練習技能並專注於造馬卡龍。 她的朋友們會開玩笑地問她：「今天實驗室裡發生了什麼？」

Lan 和 Jack 當時都想開一個小型的私密麵包店，讓閨蜜、情侶會和家人們聚在一起，所以稱它為「Mac Lab」。

Lan 總是對能讓她發揮創意的任何事情感興趣，她從小就喜歡吃食物，所以決定專攻烘焙。 而 Lan 的丈夫 Jack 則在飲食業長大。 他的家人有餐館，喜歡創造菜餚。Lan 的第一個馬卡龍是在學校做的，但由於她的導師有點可怕，令她承受著很大的壓力，不能做出最好的作品。

製作每件作品的需時取決於馬卡龍的款式。 Lan 試著給每個創作時間和愛，Pokemon 系列實際上是最耗時的，而獨角獸系列通常需要兩天才能完成一批。
