減肥真的太難了!但是又不想再容忍自己繼續肥,這樣久而久之除了變懶之外,還會為健康有來傷害,因為沒有運動的生活,很容易就出現了毛病。

先看看自己的「肚腩」,不管是什麼理由,這個都是懶惰出來的結果!日本名醫福辻銳記(Toshiki Fukutsudzi)發明了一套自創瘦身法,只需要自備一條浴巾,每天花5分鐘,練30天就能改善儀態,擺脫腹部脂肪,練出平坦的腰,還能拉直脊椎,強化腰背力量。

每天請花五分鐘的時間來進行這個練習,準備一條毛巾並把它捲起來。

坐在地板上,雙腿伸直到你面前,兩腳之間保持8~10英寸(約為20~25公分)的距離,然後捲好的毛巾放在背後。

直直地躺下,讓毛巾剛好置於腰部下方。

躺好後,嘗試讓兩腳腳趾互相碰觸,但切記保持兩腳跟之間的距離,雙足應立於地板上並和地板呈現三角形的形狀,不要動到上半身。

維持5分鐘,接下來手臂伸直貼在地板上,手心的一面向下,嘗試讓兩手小指頭互相碰觸,這時身體會稍微拱起來。
